Had a reservation for 4pm on a Friday. I was able to use my debit card. Got right in and out. Deposit was refunded the next business day.

I have been renting vehicles from Enterprise for the past 20 years or so... I have never had a problem and if something goes wrong with your rental agreement or the vehicle they have always rectified the situation right then and there...

UPDATE: I would like to update this review. The Branch Manager that told her employee over the phone to deny service, called my friend and was very professional and stated that it was simply lack of training. He accepted this but felt unsatisfied because he was humiliated at this branch by David Gammon & Noah. I would like to point out a few things, given the fact that I was a General Manager for a large Customer Service oriented company for several years:
1. This location is close enough to a military base that they should already be aware of this policy.
2. The policy is not difficult to interpret, it is not written in legalese, it is written in laymen's terms.
3. Educating yourself on your company policy in real time is not "bad customer service", your customer would appreciate the clarification.
4. This particular situation was less about training and more about personalities, the Manager can apologize for their lack of training, however, she cannot apologize for the fact that they were rude and humiliated this particular customer for no good reason, only they can apologize for that.
Not only will I never rent from this location, I will amplify this message regarding this location until there is a satisfactory resolution.
I wish I could give this location zero stars. David Gammon and Noah were the least helpful and purposely obstinate "Customer Service" (and I use that term lightly) Representatives I have ever dealt with. A very good friend of mine reserved a car and when he arrived he was told he needed a Major Credit Card (because he had an out of state license, but the license had a local address because he is active duty military), he had it in his Apple pay, however, he didn't have his physical card with him, but if those are the rules then he was more than willing to go back home and locate it. On the trip back to his home, he decided to check the Enterprise website for the policy regarding "Address Requirement" Please see that policy:
Debit/Check Cards
Debit/check cards are any non-credit cards bearing the VISA, Mastercard or Discover logo. Prepaid cards or any other non-credit cards without one of these logos are not accepted.
At airport locations, debit cards are only accepted at the time of rental if accompanied by a ticketed return travel itinerary. The name and address shown on the renters drivers license must match their current home address. Active-duty military personnel are exempt from address requirements. Other than the Renters spouse or domestic partner, no other additional drivers are allowed. If using a debit card for any amounts owed, the available funds in the account associated with Renters debit card will be reduced by those amounts. Additionally, Renter is responsible for any overdraft fees incurred.
So he called David back and David stated that the policy was incorrect. We called back again after speaking to corporate and a few other branches (who unfortunately did not have any rentals available) and he stated, yes he could rent to him without a Major Credit Card, if he brought his orders, so he did...upon arrival (again) with his orders, David got on the phone with a person he identified as his manager and then informed my friend that he would not be renting to him because "the military wasn't paying for it directly", I'm sorry what? My friend asked to see to the policy informing this decision and David repeatedly told him he wasn't renting to him and asked him to leave the location. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT SERVICE MEMBERS. When my friend asked Noah if he could provide the policy Noah said "I'm not talking to you". I don't know how else to categorize this, I have tried to look at it from every direction, it is either pure ineptitude due to the fact that they don't know the policy or blatant racism.
