Have rented from this location several times and had zero issues. Key here is to make reservation several days in advance. If they cant plan inventory, hard to have vehicles on the lot. Charlie was most helpful, called me a day ahead to tell me he would have a car available. I called ahead before heading to pick up the car just to confirm. Upgraded / ended up with a beautiful new Ford Explorer which was very comfortable on our trip to Florida. My experience has been good dealing with this location.

Terrible customer service and they will attempt to charge miscellaneous $450 cleaning fee even if the vehicle is returned in top shape. I have rented vehicles dozens of times and I have never had such awful customer service. Late getting the vehicle ready and then attempting to scam paying customers. Lack any customer service skills, especially Charlie who appears to care little about doing his job effectively. I would suggest Budget close this location or find an entirely new staff to represent their brand properly.

Terrible experience at this location!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. The lady in the front desk was extremely rude. I entered the branch at 3pm, wasnt greeted and received a very mean and discriminatory treatment. Ive rented cars in several countries with my country of residence drivers license. We werent able to ask questions with the excuse of we were losing our time talking and this is the owners stated policy when nothing is stated in Budget's website neither in their facilities. I am deeply disappointed at the treatment we received being tourists in the area and specially after wanting to spend money in this branch.
Another big issue that happened, even before getting there, was that I reserved a car that was supposed to be picked up at this branch. I was charged for this service and after the terrible interaction just described above, we didnt get the car and got charged for a car we didnt even sit on.
Once again. This was the worst experience Ive ever had in a Budget in the US. Do not give your business to this branch.

"manager" arrived to location via Lyft about 30mins late , 20 people in line, worked extremely slow and looked annoyed . coworker in the back was playing explicit rap music on his boombox . rental car was not properly mainteined and caused issues on our trip . My e-bill was inflated with some ridiculous miscelenious charges.($450 cleaning fee when car was very clean and i have a video to prove it) Had to get it corrected via phone customer support. Poorly managed and unprofessional location Id recommend everyone to avoid. Read other reviews .Cleaning fee scam fee seem to be their modus operandi. I will contact corporate office and Attorney general

Absolutely DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I have rented cars for over 20+ years and never had any issues. This location runs a regularly used scam where they will rent you a car and charge you $450 for cleaning hours after you leave. The manager, Charlie, will not listen and will not provide you with any documentation of the issue. I will be filing complaints with corporate and the state Attorney General's office. When looking at the other reviews, you will see this is a regular pattern of this office and no other Avis/Budget location in Louisville has the number of complaints for "cleaning" a car as this location.
