        my roommates company rents vans from them all the time, if anything goes wrong with the van, they fix it !!!, a good company to rent from !!!

        If i could give 0 stars I would. I work for a company they transport for and everytime ive taken a phone call from them, no matter who it is, RUDE. When a driver comes to our place of business, RUDE. Cant help that you all hate your jobs, but probably shouldnt take it out on everyone else around you when the line of work youre in should be professional.

        Used a 15 passenger van over the weekend. Horrible service. Very bad leak on passenger side seat floor area. The van dropped water the hole weekend and it wasnt just a lil drip it was puddles of water making it uncomfortable for anyone to sit in passenger seat. Company suggested we the customers take it to Ken and Towerys to have it fixed before our trip. Since they would not give us another van to accommodate our trip. Was told by manager that they would take a certain amount off each day for our troubles.Van was very raggedy. All types of things missing and BROKEN in this van. When returning the van the certain amount that was promised to be taken off for our troubles of this disaster of a vehicle was not taken off. The customer service was the worst. And this was all a mess up on there behalf. I strongly dont recommend anyone using this business. My next complaint will be to the BBB!

      We regret that this person chose to leave a negative review about our transportation company. We have questioned our employees regarding the comments left and no one knows this person or what she is referring too. This is in no way a reflection of the way our business is operated. Our employees are all caring and compassionate. They do their jobs, because they enjoy helping people. We go the extra step to make sure our clients are treated like family.       We regret that you had a bad experience with your rental. Unfortunately, we were not aware of the problem or we would have had it corrected. Our vans are service every 5000 miles, but on rare occasions things do go wrong between service. We did make an effort to correct the problem before you left, but nothing we suggested worked for you. If we had another van available, we would have been glad to swap it out. This is our peak season, so all of our other vans were out on rent. It would have taken maybe 5 minutes for Ken Towerys to take an air hose to unstop the air conditioner drain tube. Since you didn't have time to do that, we offered to discount your rental $25, not $25 per day. We ended up taking $66.72 off of the total to try and make it right. While we do everything in our power to make sure every rental is a good one, there times things happen beyond our control. We are very sorry this happened, but feel we did all we could do in this situation.
