Fed up with rudeness, "concierge", cleaning behind, having to call about something they should have notified me about, then being talked down to, and commanded in stern manner. Email is not good, phone call is not good. What is good? Fed up with being treated as if poor workmanship and building construction is my fault. Fed up with them having respect and being strict about their work time, but none for mine. Fed up with being treated not as a customer, but as a "hey, jump, boy, on the double". Fed up. Sure not a "luxury".

Currently we are looking for an apartment that is suitable for me and my wife. I would say Prairie is a good community for living. Its quite, feel like home and near Shawnee Mission Park. The fitness room is greater than most of other apartments. Also, Jenna Cox is the best agent I have ever met. She guided us around the community, shes enthusiastic, patient, and always consider what we need. But unfortunately, the available date for the apartment that we want is not prefect, if we have opportunity in the future, I will choose here!

I currently live here. Great staff and decent quality apartments. I love the more homey feel than the hotel style apartment. I would recommend a 2nd floor apartment as the construction let's sound and steps travel. I also wish they would be a new trash compactor closer to the Phase II apartments as I have to drive to the trash. All in all, a good place to live.

I want to buy out my lease out of disperaton !!! Oonagh, this place is a nightmare. The staff here is unprofessional, pitty, rude, arrogant, condescending, and very disrespectful, with egos running amucking. Management just won't treat me with dignity and respect. The manager Oonagh is the worst of the worst. When I've tried to talk to her she just walks away ignoring me completely.I have no voice at all with her. She also talks over me drowning out my voice. She reserts to not telling the truth. It's very dangerous when management resorts to
dishonestly. No desent. If you dare to the management has a meltdown. And you will be misconstrued and demonized.
Brooke Graffis instructed Perter and me to communicate with you Oonagh or the office staff regarding our desire to move out.
We would like to negotiate a buyout of our lease so that we can move out as soon as possible. Will you contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss this matter. Alfredo
