Moved in Aug.9. with my partner. The apartment was filthy. The cabinets dirty and cracked. The laninate floor was so dirty that it turned our feet black on the bottom of our feet when we walked barefoot. The carpet dirty and worn out. The tile in bathrooms dirty. The garage door opener did not function. They gave us the wrong keys for our mailbox. The toilet rims were black when I cleaned them. The toilet seat broken. I have not been treated with dignity and respect by a lot of staff. Maybe because I call them out on their rude abusive behavior. What happened to compassion, kindness and empathy???? Some staff members have been very rude,, defensive and aggressive. Some staff members are robotic and not friendly at all. One staff member shared my email with management without my consent. What happened to my privacy rights? Very wrong to do that without my knowledge. What happened to decency and fair play? I've tryed to share my horrible experiences with staff to no avail. They gave me the bumbs rush. Not willing to listen. If they were open to listening instead of talking a mile a minute that would be refreshing.. They also interrupt a lot because they are not doing their job of listening to residents If they had more of the back story that would be of great help to their manager. I sense a lack of transparency. I don't feel like a valued resident. I've been disrespect and not treating with dignity. Alfredo Parra
