Pinnacle Pointe Apartments

I have been here for 5 years. There have been many personnel changes, but every single Pinnacle Point employee has been hard working, decent, and kind. I love living here. Clean. Maintained. Good people.

I have lived here for almost 2.5 years and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an apartment in Lenexa. The maintenance is amazing and the front office staff is even better!

Scheduled a tour here and Rachel was very accommodating. They initially did not have a apartment to view but, they kept in-touch for a couple months until there was something available to tour. I appreciate the inviting atmosphere from the staff. We however passed on the apartment because the kitchen was bit too small. Great location. Great experience.

Never rent with this place, was lied to plenty of times and they were very unprofessional and untrustworthy let along money hungry. Upon doing a full walkthrough with the apartment before moving out I was told by 3 people that I would receive full deposit back after moving out. Not only did I not receive anything after a month later but I had to call the owners of the place. Upon doing so I was told that they were taking way more money that I was told out of my deposit for a old carpet that already had stains in it that they already planned on replacing. Its been over 40 days since I moved out and still havent received even that amount. Not only was my issue terrible but they continue to raise rates while you are living there. DO NOT LIVE HERE

I've lived here for 6+ years now and it's literally been the best apartment complex / community that I've ever lived at. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The grounds speak for themselves. And the environment is the most peaceful of any place I've ever lived. Although we eventually plan on buying a house someday, until then my girlfriend and I refer to Pinnacle Pointe as our "Forever Apartment" =) Thank you!
