I embarked on a voyage through these enchanted grounds and was astounded by the tranquility and seclusion amidst the bustling 435 highway and the echoes of 87th street. The experience was nothing short of celestial, a radiant constellation of 5 stars. Upon arrival, a warm smile greeted me, accompanied by offerings of ambrosial beverages and delights. The service, truly of the highest echelon! The guide who led me possessed a wealth of knowledge about the estate and its enchanting leasing rites. The outdoor oasis of the pool exuded a sense of peace, while the grand gym beckoned with an array of mystical contraptions for honing one's physique. Witnessing fellow travelers engage in their fitness rituals added to the enchantment. The abodes, spacious and reasonably priced, stood as jewels amidst neighboring properties. Encountering the overseers, the property manager and assistant manager, was a delight beyond compare! Alas, my quest for residency here was halted, for my beloved desired a dwelling closer to their labors. But the entire voyage was 5 stars worthy.

I'm dividing my review into three main points: cost, the team, and the community. Any comments for improvement or concern will be below. COST: To those looking for an apartment complex, this one I feel is a great fit for anyone with a decent budget balance. Compared to other apartment complexes in the area, it's around the mid-range of costs (not cheap, but not overly expensive in this market). I do recommend asking the team what rent rates have been over the past 3+ years to get a good idea on what to expect for rent increases so you can budget accordingly. THE TEAM: Service has been great from the team at Crescent and timely. During times such as the severe storm that came through in the spring, I can imagine the team is limited on how many inquiries they can address. Our inquiry didn't get addressed for 2 or 3 days, but I can understand if they were also bogged down with requests and couldn't get to it right away. As for the main office, they're open and willing to work with you on any concerns. It gives me confidence and more security in living here. COMMUNITY: This location, and the people, are great. It's nice to be so close to grocery stores, restaurants and a lot of other opportunities. It saves the hassle of needing to drive out to other areas for most necessities. My final comments and concerns are mainly with pests. At times we'll find a spider or two, relatively large, and sometimes in areas we wouldn't expect over the spring/summer. I would like it if sometime this spring of 2024, we could get a sealant applied to some areas in the unit to help combat future pests from entering. The office did provide some traps to help, but I would prefer to seal up areas pests are getting in so we wouldn't need to lay down traps & focus solely on keeping our unit clean. Aside from pests my other concern is price, but that's something that Price Brothers at a corporate level handles. I'm hoping with the economic status the market is at, these units at Crescent will still remain at the lower end of the price range so current and new potential residents can afford it.

This is just a review of the leasing consultant who worked with me while I was looking for a new place to live. Emily was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all, genuine. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made me feel welcome. In the end, I didnt end up at Crescent, but I wanted to give Emily a shout out!
