Patti is simply AMAZING! I was just stopping by and looking for my first apartment with an in-unit washer and dryer. She was so helpful and answered every single question I had. I didn't have a tour scheduled, but she still helped me anyway with such a positive attitude. The property was beautiful too!

New owners are raising the rent, almost 10% yearly increases. No longer worth the price they are asking for.

Forgot to leave my review but figured it might help someone I lived here from 2020 to 2022 roughly and overall it was pretty decent living I would say the inside of the apartments are really nice so that part matters a lot I would say
My complaints would be that you can definitely hear every thud from your upstairs neighbors (hope theres no little kids above you), including some other things but overall I would say the soundproofing wasnt done very well when they built these places
My other complaint is theres no working video surveillance on the property. After moving in my F250 got stolen right out of the parking area at 2am and the property had no video surveillance anywhere to help police. Pretty bad that you cant afford video surveillance after collecting $1500 or more in rent from every apartment on the property
Anyways thats my 2 cents. The ladies up front were really nice and the location is great. Pool area is nice as well
3 is a pretty fair review given what I went through
