Terrible place to live. I had a mold infest a hole in my ceiling, that they refuse to come fix the entire time I lived there, my water came out black, and the maintenance man is just their son who has no clear handy skills so youre better off calling an actual professional. These people will barge into your house, whether you like it or not.

Sharp flats is probably the worst place Ive lived. These people are nothing but slum lords. We had the bathtub crack at the bottom. When we told them about it, they said that it was our fault when it wasnt. This wasnt the first issue they pawned off on their tenets. Our friend who lived in the same building got hit with a $5,000 cleaning fee. She is the cleanest person Ive known, they charge you for the smallest things. If I were looking for an apartment I would look elsewhere. The only person that is respectable there is Cathy. She is amazing, but everyone else including the Maintenance men, and the owner, are all horrible.
