My husband and I rented from John for a little over 2 years. It was the best renting experience we have ever had. Anytime there was an issue (which was very rare), John got it taken care of asap. The neighborhood is very quiet, clean, and family friendly. We moved because we purchased a home. However, I do miss living there. We had great neighbors that I still keep in contact with to this day. We would recommend these rental properties to anyone looking for an honest landlord who does a fantastic job of keeping the neighborhood and homes clean and in pristine condition.

I absolutely love this subdivision and the neighbors in it. We have a little family and the kids also love the neighborhood, they have made a lot of other friends besides just at school.
