As far as management goes, HANDS DOWN the WORST and DIRTIEST place I've ever lived! The apartments are pretty nice but not as nice as they appear. Most of the tenants are dirty, lazy, and lack an overall sense of moral and RESPECT! Hopefully the new owners will be better. The new Property Manager is working her tail off but at this point, unfortunately, I don't see anything changing! Very sad since it's a Historic Building. Not to mention pathetic!

Clean, comfortable, and great location. Mananagement professional friendly and caring. Considering what I had chosen and what wasn't available and not quite pleasing. I know this was the right and best choice to make. I look forward to a pleasant atmosphere and positive environment with friendly people and nice surroundings.
