I enjoy renting from them. And I think most of the negative reviews are from people who try to go against their lease one way or another. If youre just nice and pay your bills Jesse, Deborah and Ben are nice people. Just know they only do one year leases, and you need to renew pretty early in the year. I hope they do month to month one day!

Amazing staff and owner, always very fair, friendly, and ready to help and assist with any questions or issues that come up! Best rental company in terre haute!

Red Brick was my first apartment while Ive been in college and needless to say I would recommend these apartments to any college student looking for a nice apartment for a great price. Need a maintenance guy to come fix something.. they are always there. Red Brick has been very reliable and always willing to work with you! Also everywhere else in Terre Haute is wayyyy over priced but not Red Brick and you get the same type of apartment !
