I've had a great time living here so far. The residents are very friendly and I was able to make some amazing new friends upon moving in here. I look forward to the rest of my time at Highland Quarters.

Highland Quarters consistently leaves its spaces in a run down downright dirty state. The communication from the office itself is poor and the satellite agency that manages highland is even more difficult to reach. It would not be odd to walk outside your door and see trash stacked to the ceiling

It is not uncommon to have an increase in trash after move in with boxes being put in the trash rooms rather than being disposed of in the trash chutes.
