Terre Haute, IN Apartment Building

Everytime I have called the office they are so polite and professional. I had a issue with my carpet and they were willing to work together for a solution to the issue.

Not fair to expect the north end residents to drag food and necessary utensils down to the community grill then drag it back to their apartment to eat.

Don't trust them when they say you will get your deposit back if something goes wrong with signing the lease. They keep all of the money no matter what they tell you.

One of the cleanest homes I have ever seen especially for the price. Great service for repair when needed.

Don't move in if you have kids. There is nowhere to play and the landlord will not let them ride bikes and play at the end of the road
