IndyVet has been a wonderful ER for my little guy Duke. We were greeted with kindness and professionalism all the way around. Dukes care team of Dr. Williams and Dr. Roman along with all the techs have been all been so wonderful. We greatly appreciated IndyVet and the staff. Keep shining!

Everyone was so kind and the vet who took care of Frankie was so nice and took the time to explain everything and let me see the x-ray and ultasound and showed me where the injuries were. Awesome place to take your pet in an emergency!

The care was very good and I was happy with the vet. From check in to being ready for discharge was about an hour. The discharge process itself, which included getting a prescription filled, took over an hour and a half. This part of the process seemed very disorganized. I will use them again because the care was wonderful and that is whats most important.

They took care of my dog well. I just feel like Dr K was more of a salesman than a care provider. A con-artist with basic physiology vocabulary ix how I would describe my interaction with him. It does not seem like a good way to practice veterinary medicine. Well in my case it was 2 emergency examination fees and herbal medicine. The staff is wonderful and took care of my pet phenomenally Thank you for your efforts tonight.

I brought my dog in to the ER. We were sent there on Easter weekend after our dog swallowed a hook. We waited for about 3 to 4 hours to be seen. They shot 3 x-rays and told us there was nothing they could do. They had no surgeon on call. The endoscopic would not try anything without a surgeon on call. I felt that they were oy in it for the money. I tok my dog home and my home vet did surgery on Monday. My dog is home and doing well.
