    10/10 experience. Everyone there, from the CSRs at the desk to the nurses to the vets were personable, helpful, and well educated. I took our cat in for an unknown leg injury and I was kept informed on his status, given the opportunity to contribute to the care plan, and provided with clear information and instructions. The facility was very clean and I appreciated having a personal room to wait in instead of being stuck in the lobby. I was there four hours, but I anticipated that and planned accordingly. I wish everyone knew that animal ERs work like human ERs - the most urgent needs get addressed first, so there may be a long wait ! It is what it is, and quality care is worth the time. This is now our closest ER so we will use them in the future if the need arises. Thanks for taking care of Leo, who you said "was an absolute angel today." (Pic is pre-injury, don't worry, he's resting indoors for now ! Lol)

    We took our cat in because he didn't want to eat and they supposedly checked him and said he was fine and charged us 400 dollars and then our cat started having breathing problems and they told us he was very sick after they told us he was fine, They only gave them a solution to put him to sleep, they didn't help us at all since we didn't have the money, we had a month to recover from that loss, he was an important part of us and now he's not here. If you don't want to lose your friend, don't go here try to go to a place where they will help you

    Our one year old cat developed labored breathing and needed to be seen. We called and they got us right in, did all of the administrative things over the phone and worked on our girl right away. They kept us updated and were wonderful at answering questions. They took our girls and gave them a snack when my husband and I had to have some difficult conversations. Our cat unfortunately passed on, but I truly believe the team did everything they could and presented the information in a clear unbiased way to help us make an informed decision. Lexie especially was phenomenally and so good to our family.

    My dog was very sick and couldnt hold food down. The staff were caring and took their time examining her. They were reasonable in what treatment they suggested given her symptoms. They brought snacks around since it was a busy night and it was taking longer than expected (meaning someone elses animal needed more help than mine- a good thing to remember at an emergency vet). Thank you!

    My eldest fur child decided today she was going to wrap her blanket around her leg. We woke up to swelling and her in pain. Got her to the ER and these guys were kind, compassionate and got me in as soon as possible. They were very thorough from the instant I walked in and made sure to communicate at every step. They checked in often and truly made it known they cared. Thank you to the nurse Jillian and Dr Schmidt! Yall are amazing (as is your team)! :) Roxie and I are so very appreciative.
