        When my son's hamster Stubby passed last week, I made him a comfy little faux-fleece-lined shoebox coffin, and my husband and son brought him to the Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Care clinic on Stop 11; they share the building with Noah's Animal Hospital. They had his little self cremated. This morning, when we opened the post, there was a sympathy card in our box, signed by all of their staff -- and enclosed with a little wildflower seed pod for Allan to plant in memoriam. To the staff at VSEC, thank you. You took something that was truly awful for my little boy, and made it taste just a little less bitter.

        The time came for our family dog of over 15 years and we are thankful we choose this location. Evan and Dr. Kirch showed outstanding compassion and did a great job explaining end of life options. Thank you for being wonderful during this difficult time.

        I took my kitty in due to unexplained lethargy, wouldn't eat..she just wasn't her usual self. The veterinary team was very loving towards Kitty, took exceptional care of her and called us with updates. 10/10 recommend them for all your emergency pet needs! They have an exceptional primary care practice as well!! Thanks fur loving my for baby!!

      Mr. Davis...your review is inappropriate, inaccurate, and not at all correct. Our team worked with you in good faith to try and help Macc, but it appears that you have not provided any of the follow up care as requested. As an emergency hospital, we are not able to continue to authorize refills on medications for your pet when follow up examinations have not been done. Your behavior on the phone, as well as the multiple phone calls designed to harass our staff is unacceptable. I understand that you want to help your cat, but this is not the way to go about it.
