Your restaurant was dirty. Table tops and by the fountain drinks needed to be wiped down, floor needed to be swept.

It's fast food. I believe that explains a lot. If you're really hungry and in the area- it'll do. But, this is NOT good food.

We came with friends and had such a great experience. Food was excellent. Service was pleasant and accommodating. Host greeted us warmly and thanked us when we left.
