        Ordered a happy meal that was forgotten. When I called to ask for a credit, they said I have to come in. I let them know o was not able to do that. They offered so other solution and then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to another manager. I was hung up on again. The 3rd time I called the employee said they dont deal with guest who are antagonizing them. I never once raised my voice or got upset. I just wanted a better solution. The employee told me this is a low class McDonalds and they cant do anything for me. I work in the hospitality industry. I would never want to make a guest feel the way these employees made me feel.
