        We made a reservation 1 year in advance for the eclipse and confirmed it 1 week before the eclipse where they assured us they would put a note on our account so we would get the rate we had booked for. Nevertheless, they had given our reservation away by the time we arrived early in the evening. They claim to have called us multiple times but there was only one missed call. Luckily we had somewhere else in town to stay. Bad luck to the folks who did not, I guess. It seems that management was too enticed by the chance to charge $700 per night to latecomers than to honor their $129 obligation they had established with us.

        Room was clean. It was a simple basic room. Nothing bad about that. The bed was a bit springy. Ac took awhile to cool off but was fine. Staff was very courteous and friendly. The location is fantastic.

        Room phone didnt work Elevator didnt have current inspection on it, expired in Jan of this year 2024 Elevator was not working in the morning, unsure how long it was out Bathroom is quite small but nice, certainly no Marriott Beds were comfortable I liked having both a microwave and mini fridge Overall a good experience but the room phone and elevator bother me because of safety and accessibility concerns Shower was easy to use and adjust tho e temp, great water pressure
