        This was not the best choice, but when every hotel in the 100+ mile area is sold out and rates are jacked up for the eclipse, you take what you can get. If were in the area again, I would not pick this place. First of all, theres various signs point to where the elevator is, one says one end, then you go there and it says other end. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. So if youre in need of this accommodation, choose another hotel, just in case the first floor rooms are taken. I implore the business to TAKE DOWN THE MISLEADING SIGNS FOR THIS FICTITIOUS ELEVATOR. its ridiculous. And, if somehow it DOES exist (maybe behind one of the many unlabeled closed doors?) LABEL IT. Second, The room has various stains all over the bathroom walls and tub. The pillows were yellow under the cases. The room smelled like a chain smokers room, mixed with old mashed potatoes? Thats the best description I can come up with. The towels smelled of sour milk and I chose to barely use them to dry myself by patting myself down quickly. They were useful to cover the tub floor to take a shower as a barrier to block my feet from the stains. In conclusion, It is what it is for an event like this, and I can say I slept pretty decent. The area is close to lots of shopping places so I give the location a good rating. I wouldnt choose this place of my own free will. Nearby activities: Shopping, university

        Older, male employee that works the front desk in the money is non observant and rude. Never gor my sheets changed or room vacuumed, when I asked for towels (new ones to switch out) the housekeepers said I already had towels, no breakfast options yet says it is a free breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I never paid for my stay when I paid by credit card, older guy raises his voice and seems to yell and argue. Seen him room with other customers. Location is good but don't need to be yelled at.
