        as I type this, there is a loud rock band playing 200 yards away at a club called PK's. it's 11:30 on a Sunday night. there was was also a protest march and fireworks earlier. there is a train line nearby and the hotel is located between the 2 main streets in town. it's always loud here. the staff are like trained robots here. they smile but are not actually helpful in any way. just ask them how to use the printer in the main lobby to see what I mean. minor detail, but the "do not disturb" signs fly off the door handle when you close your door.

        Decent rooms, but don't come here for charging. They don't do anything to protect the chargers from gas vehicles and management is well aware of it and prefers this. They dont seem to mind wasting my time, I doubt they'll care about yours.

        This hotel was great. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and polite! I liked the pocket window shade that prevents light from entering the room at night! The gentleman at the breakfast counter was very courteous. Our overall stay was great!!

        I do not like reviews based on one visit. We have visited this hotel many times and the experience and room were always great. We have been Hilton Honors members for more than 10 years and are loyal to quality experiences. Our visit last weekend was not a quality experience. We were there 3 nights and had a suite. Two major issues that lowered our score: No water pressure. Showering was not easy. Service. We only used the breakfast on last morning. They don't provide plain water in with their breakfast. I asked for plain water and the response was "we don't have plain water, buy a bottle from the pantry or go to the gym and get it." I asked if they had a sink in the kitchen which of course, they did. But they "are forbidden" to use the water (they are washing eating related stuff in this water). I remember when Hilton's motto was just ask. I did and was refused. And I only asked for water.
