Worst Service I have ever seen. These people double charged me for 1 night stay and that was on the 9th of March 2024 and today is the 17th of March 2024 and they still have not refunded my money. They asked for prooox so I sent them copies of my online banking and they still wont refund my money. They continuously send me the same message over and over requesting information and regardless they wont refund my moneymoney. Stay in your car or and At a B&B before here in at the Carbondale Illinois establishment located on Reed Station Road. You also dont get internet or a phone that works in your room. You get a phone but not one that is plugged up into a phone jack and not a phone jack around . When asked why they pretend not to understand what your saying

I have been going to this hotel at least twice a year to visit my brother, who was in a long-term care facility. Until this year, it has been great. There must have been a management change. There was no toilet tissue in our room. No toilet tissue or paper towels in the lobby bathroom. Our room had virtually no privacy because our plastic, dirty curtains were ripped and torn. CHOI I approached the person at the front desk, who was on his phone talking in Arabic, or Indian, idk. He saw me standing there and continued to talk on his phone until I raised my voice and told him about the paper product problem, in which he replied, " We don't have any" and resumed hos conversation. EXTREMELY RUDE, and without any type of apology or resolution. I will NEVER stay at another Choice Hotel property.

Family booked a room. The room was dirty (unmade beds, used toilet). They notified the front desk who gave them another room. This room had shoes and dirty socks in the closet. Due to exhaustion they stayed and informed the front desk. They were told they could not take anything off the bill without management approval. Will never stay there again.
