        DO NOT do business with this location a sales rep let someone purchase 5 items onto my account which was fraud then I was told there is nothing they can do. Not even that, the phone number on the device the items were purchased under was BLACKLISTED . The employee did not do their job by further checking into this, did NOT check with the authorized user on the account and when spoken to the employee he stated he felt like it was fraud, the person did not even know the pin onto the account and had suspicious behavior but still proceeded to let the person charge over 2,000 worth of merchandise on my account and stated he knew the person opened their own account the prior week before. Will be suing the ENTIRE company be mindful that this location will let anything be done on your account. Would give them 0 stars if possible.

        Darian was great! He helped me get a new phone & my friend one at the same time. Really nice workers there, Darian made sure his customers and employees felt safe. I will be going back to get a new watch soon! I highly recommend going to see Darian at AT&T Carbondale.
