This is honestly, by far the worse bank I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have had nothing but great experience with Chase and this branch puts Chase as a whole to shame. The worst customer service I have ever had with an institution that needs your $$$ to survive!! Not helpful, not polite and dont want to do their jobs. Every time I HAVE to come in here its like pulling teeth getting anybody to lift a finger to help you. I am so disappointed.

I stopped by the bank to ask some questions regarding personal and small LLC checking accounts. At that point, their staff member was engaged and informative and he asked me to email him rather than call on the phone if I had other questions - which I thought was a bit odd. After I got home, I realized that I forgot to ask about a different type of account. I sent an email to him (as requested) and after 3 days with no response, I sent a follow up email - again no response. I sent a closing email and stated that I would find a different bank. He quickly replied soon called me on the phone - unapologetic for the lack of response. He stated that he was out of town which was the reason for not replying. When asked, he stated that they do have Outlook for their email system but he doesn't/didn't use the out of office feature. He did tell me that they don't offer the account that I was inquiring about. Subsequently, I found other banks in my area of town which have more competitively priced checking accounts and offer better service.
