Stacey Darden at the Cole road in Boise location ..was attentive. Within a brief encounter she knew what to do to assist my banking needs in a professional manner and timely. She helped me achieve a payment I needed help with on order to get my mechanic paid that day. She was kind and respectful and friendly. She is a good banker! Thank you Stacey!

My wife and I have happily been WaFd Bank members for 15-years and brought my parents to this branch to set up accounts for them. They recently moved here from out of state and their previous bank does not have a presence in Idaho. Susan Yates was amazingly patient with my parents as she answered their questions and navigated the account setup process with them. She also helped us to notarize documents. Susan has been personable, supportive, and professional each time we've come into this branch and given my parents a positive impression of WaFd bank. They feel that Susan is "their banker" and have confidence that she is there to help them with their financial questions and needs. I'd like to ensure that Susan knows how much I appreciate her efforts and support. Additionally, everyone in the branch has been kind and welcoming as soon as we come inside. I've watched them hold conversations with several other customers, some obviously "regulars" and others not so much, but always with attention, professionalism and kindness. It makes me feel safe and secure knowing my parents are in good hands for their banking needs.
