        This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They are NOT honest and will lie to your face. Twice in over a 5 year span I asked to refinance (I was told it would be easy) & was lied to that it was done. I Never had a late payment & I have a high income & my interest rate was super high on my loan (they are real sharks here). I have fair credit score. I tried to pay off my loan 6 months ago & was given the run around. Countless hours on the phone with offices in Utah because the Boise branch is always too busy to answer calls. This has been one of the worst experiences with a bank because there is 1 office in Boise with 2 employees & high turnovernext closest office is Rexburg ID. All other locations are in Utah. I finally paid off my loan and will NEVER be returning to this bank. Horrible customer service and they will take advantage of you
