The manager is about as lazy as it gets my husband came to cash a check she said it wasnt possible because it was too much money. Its a bank where else do you think he is gonna cash it? Went to the branch on five mile Chris was amazing and had it cashed in minutes. Avoid this branch so you dont have to interact with a manager who is unwittingly to do her job. Embarrassing. Making up her own rules

This critical review covers my experiences with JP Morgan Chase bank. I made my withdrawal from the drive thru teller. When I received my cash I asked the drive thru teller if all the money was there. The Chase bank drive thru teller grinned and said yes its all there. It wasnt, the drive thru teller shorted me by $100. Its no secret, old tricks are the best tricks.
According to History Channel American President Herbert Hoover accused JP Morgan of intentionally causing the stock market crash of 1929. The stock market lost almost fifty percent of its value over night. In 2029 it will be one hundred years since the 1929 stock market collapse. Lets see if history repeats itself. JP Morgan was able to buy stocks for pennies on the dollar. The smart money says diversify; don't put all your eggs in one basket.
JPMorgan Chase in September confirmed the bank was the victim of another cyber-attack that compromised customer information. Chase Bank was using amateur 128 bit encryption which is not suitable for banks. Most of Chases competitors utilize professional 256 bit encryption and TLS 1.3 to protect their customers sensitive financial information.
The truth is that whether you bank in New York City, Los Angeles California or the N Milwaukee St branch in Boise Idaho you would be well advised to count your money carefully before leaving the bank. If the drive thru teller cheats you, park your car immediately and run into the bank. Demand a second verifiable machine recount. I have lost confidence in JP Morgan Chase Bank. I dont trust JP Morgan Chase bank anymore. The dishonesty that I experienced is consistent with JP Morgans legendary reputation.
