Horrible phone customer service. I'm on my 3rd try in attempt to reach someone per an account issue. The first 2 times I called, I waited on hold for about 10min and then was basically hung up on. The 3rd time I called I asked to speak to a supervisor because apparently transferring a customer to the appropriate extension is too hard. There appears to only be one phone number to call for help. There's no phone number available for the specific branch you bank with. I'm now an hour into this trying to get help. This is not business friendly...I think I'm done wasting my time with Horizon bank.

I opened a savings account at Icon approx 8 years ago when I got a vehicle loan. My account has been collecting a tiny bit of interest since then. I looked at my recent statement and am now getting monthly fees due to inactivity. Blatant shady tactic to steal money!! I'll see you in the morning when I close out my account. Shame on Horizon Credit Union
