      image Never get notarys done here. UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO NOT ACCEPT FEDERAL IDENTIFICATION!

      Aloha, Unfortunately, Hawaii state law requires that an ID used for a notary requires both a picture and a signature. Your DOD ID that you provided does not have a picture and a signature, thus making it not valid for notary purposes. The Attorney Generals office, in charge of notaries in the State of Hawaii, where your notary takes place does allow for the use of older DOD repentant IDs that have a picture and a signature on it. You can simply use a valid passport or drivers license to conduct your transaction. We take notary very seriously, and our professional notary staff follow Hawaii state laws,
