        For reference, I've been working in retail since 1987. I know what good customer service is and realize that workers are human and have bad days. This review has been in the works for some time (debated about it for about 6 months), but the last 4 visits put me over the top. Service depends on who is working. An older, short haired woman (who may be a manager) can be demanding to customers. I've had her tell me (not ask me) in a very abrupt manner to "hold up your phone...like a wall!" so she can scan my QR code to the angle of her liking. She claims it's b/c of the glare on the screen, but she's the only employee who says that and it works fine flat, "like the floor" with the other employees. Also, the young, new girl (Angel) is moody. She thanked me for pre-packing my return on one visit, then grilled me with questions without explaining why she was asking on the next visit. The guys there are good, though. Never had "attitudes" and always say thank you. I am going to Whole Foods for my returns from now on. Less work for the ladies to do anyway.
