The UPS Store

The staff was VERY nice and helpful at this location! They have a notary onsite which is super helpful if you are needing those services while on vacation. We were able to print things out and get a copy of our IDs and the process was so seamless and again, the staff was so helpful and friendly. We were welcomed in and greeted which made us feel instantly appreciated as a customer. 10/10 recommend this location!

Very conveniently located in the Maui Mall. Hours of operation are quite good too. Usually a pretty steady stream of customers, but the wait is often quick. Employees are always cordial and helpful. Today one employee (maybe the Store Manager) in particular went above and beyond. He was VERY kind and accommodating in getting the right box, packing material and even a sharpie for an item I needed to return at the USPS. I definitely recommend this UPS location for all of your packing and shipping needs.

Beware of New ZERO Aloha Owners! It's gone down Hill ! The prior local owner Joel was great, the new mainland transplant owners are NOT! They will cancel your mailbox if you don't enjoy waiting in long lines for extra slow poor rude unnprofessional customer NOT service! Today I complained to the new co-owner lady that I had to wait in a long line for 20 minutes just to pick up my packages I've been a paying mailbox customer over 3 years which she didn't care at all When I suggested that they could maybe research a better method to avoid customers waiting in line for a quick pick up and go, she was defensive, rude, sarcastic, and combative saying "that would cost money!!!" immediately and she forced me to wait for her to finally stop crossing her arms and step back up to the desk and actually bring up the screen for me to sign so I could finally leave! Considering how unprofessional, rude and uncaring she was towards a long time steady customer I kept calm enough to not use swear words, and not insult her To top it off, I had been soaking wet just coming from Haiku where I was working in the hard rain, and so I was freezing and shaking in line for 20 minutes in the store's COLD A/C which made it even worse, but maybe she was stressed out that late in the day? To top off the hellish worst customer service experience in a long time here on island, an hour later I got an email saying they cancelled my mailbox which I recently renewed and pre-paid until September and they don't give refunds! How corrupt is that and I have important packages coming in the next few days so i have to deal with this! I'm complaining to UPS corporation and see if they care at all about their long time customers!
