UPS Access Point location

I went to the CVS in Kahala mall to drop off my Amazon item I wanted to return. There was the Longs photo counter/UPS counter there. The lady at the self cashier was very nice and got someone for me but they didnt show up. So I asked someone else again and finally could get the customer service person. In the instructions Amazon sent me, it says Show the return code below on your mobile device to an associate at THE UPS STORE, who will scan the QR code, pack, and ship your return but he said that I need to pack it myself and print out the QR code. He even suggested me to go to Wholefoods and I told him thats what I would do but then he cut me off. I would go to Wholefoods of course but when Amazon sent me the wrong item twice, UPS is the only option they give to return it. I knew hes wrong but didnt argue and just left right away because either way the counter looked very disorganized and the item was so tiny so didnt want them to lose it. I would suggest UPS to cut the deal with them if I could talk to them directly. The alliance isnt working at all.
