Our experience was ok. Communication was a huge factor in our disappointment with this company. After our appt was booked we had to contact them for a confirmation instead the other way around. No follow-up call the day before, we had to do that too! We were told the movers would arrive at 930 and the packers at 830, then called the day of the move and said it was 930 for both. We had a lot to navigate that day and an extra hour makes a huge difference. Once the packers arrive, one lady came into our house without a mask on and said she didn't have one. We should not have to ask you what is standard protocol during a pandemic. Lastly, our new home suffered scratches on our floors and walls due to the movers not properly covering large heavy items. This company really needs to improve on their service.
