First and foremost one of their drivers couldn't fit in a McDonald's drive through on pleasant hill and end up crushing the back of my car with damages I have to pay and avoiding the investigators for them to pay for my damages

***CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! ***THIS MOVING COMPANY: 1) Does not stand behind their word! 2) Show up many hours late!! 3) Require you to pay for their subpar service BEFORE unloading your things, holds items hostage. 4) Items are mishandled & damaged extensively. 5) Renigs on discounts on any damages done. 6) Movers appear to have been released from a half-way house or prison. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! Wish I could give them a - 100 (negative) Stars!!! Service: In-state moving

I used this US Van Lines in Norcross, GA and it was a sheer nightmare.  It took two trips and it was 12/31/2019. The shift lead repeatedly begged for tips and once I told them there isn't going to be a tip. The shift lead began to milk the clock because "they couldn't get off early".   I was charged for items I purchased, but did not receive, i.e. boxes for mattresses. They broke and damaged several items and literally dropped my dresser coming down the ramp from the truck. And once I went out to the garage to see how things were coming I was almost in tears the way things were literally thrown in.  A gaping hole in my leather couch, broken coffee table, vase, picture glass shattered, chipped furniture.   I called the next to complain and I was hung up on, referred to the Florida office and given the run around and now claim my time for submitting a claim has expired to get reimbursed for the items they destroyed.  Do not ever use this company.  You will be thoroughly disappointed.  Contact me W Scott
