I want to thank John, Alison and last but not least Ben from US Express Relocation for excellent service during my move. I surveyed moving quotes from other companies and US Express relocation came out the cheapest. The movers were on time during pick-up and delivery. Josh was in constant communication as to the status of the goods while they were in transit. After pick-up US Express Relocation also provided follow-up phone calls after each phase of the move. I would definitely recommend them if you need a company for moving.

They delivered someone else's stuff to my home and I still don't have all my belongings. I have a scooter with GA plates on it in my garage x July 13th along with 2 boxes books of literature, large horse picture, red mirror and they don't seem to care, no plans on coming to get those things to give to the correct owner. I'm missing (2 ) 6 foot very heavy IKEA butcher block counter tops for my embroidery machines, to complete my sewing room, anyone have those? The 2nd truck almost every thing got damaged, Over $600. BBQ grill top dented, out door furnature all scratched up, I could go on and on... I don't like having this Sootter in my garage, it like stealing when you dont get back your belongings and I don't know how to get the scooter back to the owner and it's not my property to hand over to maybe the wrong person... the company should be coming back to handle these issues, they are too concerned in making the next $. I used US Express for my move from Atlanta to Durham. They were easily the least expensive of the options that I explored for my move. I found everyone that I interacted with at the company, with the exception of Ben, to be pleasant and accommodating. The contract appears to favor the company over the customer, and I was a little annoyed to have ~$200 added to the cost of my move on the day of the move. The increase in price was legally permissible, but personally annoying. I also disliked not having the option to pay via a personal check. Their options are credit card (but only for part of the cost), Zelle (but only up to $500) cash and cashier’s check. In the middle of a pandemic, I personally would’ve appreciated not having to visit a bank or the post office, but again just annoying and not unfair. Because I didn’t feel comfortable driving my stuff via a UHaul to my destination, I thought that US Express was a fine option at this price point; however, if you would feel comfortable driving a UHaul, I think that would be the better choice.
