Rico Crew and Jose with Zip Moving were awesome! Both took great care of my belongings, hand wrapping a white sofa, covering mattresses, and gently handling valuables. Thank you for the great experiencehighly recommend asking for Rico Crew and Jose!

Firstly, all said and done the delivery people were so lovely, worked so hard, did the best they could with limited resources. Nothing bad to say about the delivery folks. The issue for me was logistics and sales
I have to give zip moving a low rating. From start to finish our experience with them was a roller coaster.
We booked with zip movers over 3 months in advance of our move from GA to SC. Our time slot for our pick up date was 9AM - 12PM. The movers did not arrive until 1:40PM. They said it would take 2 hours to put everything in the truck, even though we packed everything except large items of furniture ourselves. It took nearly 5 hours for them to load everything in the truck, because 2 people were not enough. We were told leading up to the move that the delivery estimate was 1 day. Halfway through loading up the truck we were informed by our sales rep that it would actually be 6 days.. the same guy that told us the 1 day estimate in their portal should be generally accurate we were informed after we packed everything up and no longer had access to it to move it around into the bags we were taking with us, because most of our stuff was on the truck. Initially we were quoted about $2,600, once we were through we were cornered into spending nearly $5,000 after everything was loaded into the truck of course. When everything arrived it was late by 30 minutes once again. Would not recommend.
