      image The vehicle I rented had some major issues that we didnt find out about until we were on the road in the middle of the night. They tried everything they could to get me into a new rental in the city I was located in, no luck. We made it back to my home and I was able to return the vehicle and they made sure I was taken care of. They offered the most sincere apology and truly cared! That made the situation so much better especially because it was me, my husband and 3 kids that were experiencing this.
