Nicole needs to be fired immediately for her most unprofessional and despicable attitude. Everything she says contradicts Budget corporates policies and they have been made aware of Nicoles failure to communicate civilly with Budgets paying customers. To her manager: Please get her counseling ASAP if she is to remain on this team. Customers: If she speaks to you this way do not be afraid to connect to corporate and file another report for her. Action will be taken immediately, completely unacceptable

Absolutely Disgusting how the Customer service conducted herself on March 31, 2022 at 3:14 p.m. I have rented from this location before and the Manager and another kind lady that works with the manager. That transaction went very well. They were kind courteous women. It's sad to say the women I spoke to on March 31 at the above time was nasty, unprofessional and just mindblowing how she acted over the phone. I called twice to try to resolve an issue with funds not being put back on my car that I returned on March 16, 2022. I was doing my due diligence and called my bank to see if the release was sent and my bank said the $300 Dollars was charged. I had to dispute the issue with my bank because it has already been passed the 7-10 days. I asked for a manager and the young lady( you can tell it was a younger lady because of her tone and immediate attitude) was rumbling with some things loudly then said "hold on" Not hold on please, I brushed it off. After being put on hold for about 2 minutes some music came ..after that another 4 minutes went by and some automated system came on. I proceeded to follow the steps to see if I could get some help. For some odd reason it sound like someone picked up while I was making a selection and then hung up, which in turned cancelled my call all together. I decided to call the location back where I rented the vehicle and the same young lady picked up the phone and I said " Good afternoon could I speak to a manager on duty please, she replied, hold on. Mind you when I called she just said Budget can I help you. Not Good afternoon her name is (Budget worker) can I help you. So that threw me off again, I was very nice and cordial kind as I always am. (The two women who rented me the Toyota Highlander would agree with me with the above statement Just so they know exactly who this is. I am the medical student that moved from Ohio down here to Atlanta Georgia for acceptane at Emory Medical School). After about 3 minutes this time the automated system came on and I was routed to reservations where a gentleman whom was the reservation manager on duty at the time. He told me to chose option 6. and speak to billing hopefully they can resolve it. So I was put on que for the 30 min call back. I decided to call the location again to see if I could at least leave a message for the nice manager to give her heads up the situation and to let her know that I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because it was charged and still not returned on my card. I simply asked said to the young lady I just called twice and the connection keeps hanging up on me and that I wanted to speak to a manager, she proceeds to tell me there isn't one on duty right now. I asked her could I leave a message and that would have been nice to know that the first time I called. I could have just simply left her a message for when she comes in next. The young lady then proceeds to completely snaps and say "I was doing the right thing transferring you to get you help but you don't appreciate that, and starts yelling uncontrollably, I was trying to telling her sweat-heart I am not trying to mess your day( I couldn't even hear myself from her yelling) up or anything I am just trying to..and the phone was hung up rudely in my ear. I hope nobody has to experience any dealing with this young lady. A shame I had such a great experience before and this has certainly over-shadowed that. I will never rent here again, and will advise anyone else to not rent from this location. Attitude Central Absolutely nasty and unprofessional.
