Avis Car Rental

The staff at this location are very pleasant and helpful. I've been renting a car from them through a partnership with Uber and they have been great. Highly recommend!!!

I am so spoiled to the Avis ber program. Rent the car and maintenance and Uber insurance is included (additional car rental insurance is available for the Avis car). I have been renting from this Avis ber location for 5+ years. The staff has been nothing but customer service plus. I have the patience to listen and follow, they educate and serve me. Thank you for all you do.

I'm gonna do another review just so people dont experience what I went through. This company has giving me PTSD when it comes to customer service. Anywhere I go I am nervous because I now feel like every company is like this Avis. I'm not even going to get into the numbers, if you plan on renting here (especially through Uber) DONT!!!! If you continue to read the reviews you will see that I'm not lying. Let's just start with the fact that they won't answer the phones. Every time you have a question you have to drive there to get the answer. I live 40 min from this location so if I had an inquiry I would have to drive 40 minutes to get an answer. Yes they will charge your card an additional 350 at the end with little to no explanation why. ( once again if you read other reviews you will see about 75% of people saying this... TAKE IT AT FACE VALUE!!?? It's not a game or a upset customer being spiteful it's true) they will say it's because of a hold but the hold is supposed to happen at the beginning of the transaction and be released at the end of the reservation pending there's no damages or breach of agreement.How are you charging me a hold after the car is turned in? Confusing right? Exactly just don't go. If youre coming to Atlanta or you need a rental and avis pops up on the radar run with the wind! This is beyond bad customer service, doing business with this company and this specific location will disrupt your peace and it'll be a while before you get it back. Once again... Doing business at this location is guaranteed to disturb your peace
