Avis Car Rental

I havent even made it to the rental center yet because they keep cancelling on me. Over the phone they pick up and hang up on you. Get better soon; your service is highly disappointing.

Rental thru Uber. At first everything was going good. Then one day they charged my card $355.00 only to find out that they actually canceled my reservation so now Uber wont let me go online. Thanks to the 2 gentleman that work up there Im now out of the car and my last $355. I dont recommend at all. When I called to get a answer nobody answered the phone all day!!!! So to make matters worse I cant even get answers or clarity. Not to mention they allow reservations online at times when they wont have cars available so youll literally waste your time coming up there.

Customer service on the phone is the worse. They do not understand English and repeat what you say and still give you the wrong information. The worse experience ever so I will not be renting from them. I believe if they can not get it together over the phone then the locations are horrible as well.
