Every other neighborhood has atleast a visitor parking. There is Zero parking here. The road is too narrow. Maintenance requests take months to be fixed. The extra space behind the mailbox should either be a playground or parking space. The rent is too expensive for this

Im just here to add my one star review. The exterior dont match the interior and that goes all the way back to the management. The Ladies in the office clearly just showing up to say they have a dmn job at this point.

Wasted my time and sent me to an occupied address. The agent didnt even call me to tell the actual leasing office address. So unprofessional

For such expensive rent, they have no parking whatsoever, people moved out in large numbers because neighbors were always feuding over parking in front of peoples entrances due to zero parking. Zero recreational area for kids, no dog park. The streets are narrow. They are on their 3rd management company since building it in 2022
