The Asher at Sugarloaf Apartments

Where do I begin!! As Im looking for a nice luxury new apartment home! I stumble across the Asher I was extremely pleased with what I saw on the site. Upon speaking with Maria I was quoted a price over the phone about 30 mins before arrival. Upon arrival the entire leasing office is extremely quiet and the energy is completely off! Maria quoted me new prices it was as if the prices had risen over the past 30 mins. So that was a huge RED FLAG for me. The floor plan I asked about over the phone was the Norcross told I could view it. To get there and be told it wasnt available. I brought my friend along and they made him show his ID. Even though he had no plans on moving in. They complained about his ID being expired and said that he wasnt able to see the unit. Ive never understood what the ID purpose was for and especially if you are looking to move in. This place was extremely prejudice and I dont recommend anyone to move here!

We are living in these appartement for 5 +yrs . We really like these apartments. They always have wonderfull activities for the community what makes it fun for kids. All the people at Asher are very friendly. And shout out for James, he always is looking out to help.
