If you ever need to get a hold of the leasing office for anything, you can forget about it because they NEVER answer the phone. Its ridiculous!

Don't move here unless you wanna pay for mold roaches bugs loud neighbors upstairs trash everywhere clogged up kitchen sink loose doors terrible management renting a apartment that you didn't agree too and then they tell you that you have to pay extra move and the list goes on and on. They won't fix nothing but get mad when you don't pay. I had to live somewhere else for the past 4 months because it wasn't safe living in that mold infested apartment.

I was a tenant there and unfortunately I had to live with raw sewage in front of my door for almost 2 1/2 years until I couldn't take it anymore and my care taker had to report them to the city I had just renewed my lease only because it is so hard to get an apartment living on SSDI, however because they were reported they evicted. My case was dismissed without prejudice after the judge saw the videos and pictures. Needless to say I have been homeless ever since 2/6/2023.

I dont even know where to start I put my trust in this community when I first moved here with my kids. I lived here less than a year, and Im already at the point where if something breaks (due to it being old and raggedy), Ill just have to deal with it. It took them 2 months to fix my bath tub. The lady in the office said they ordered new ones and that I will be getting one. The day they finally showed up, a guy scrapes the paint off, puts some putty in between the rotten cracks of the tub, then repaints it. Less than a week later the tub was back broken. I decided to just deal with it, due to they already said nobody could fix my floor tiles which I acknowledge the day of moving in. Also every year they slap a big sticker on my car windows threatening to tow my car the following day. I renew my tag online and receive the sticker via mail. The leasing office accused another company of doing it and gave me their number. That company said they just tow the cars once contacted by management. The leasing office begins to act all confused and says they dont know who did it. Then they tried to act as if I was being crazy due to my frustration of constantly dealing with this issue every year and because I used profanity. I drove up to the office and showed them my renewal which came in the mail same day. They still refused to have the person that put this sticker on my car come remove it(which is a pain in the butt). They also acknowledge that the person applying the stickers has no way of even telling if the tags are truly expired or not. Basically just slapping a sticker on your window just because your tag might be expired. I am truly disappointed that this is how I have to live with my kids knowing that I moved us into the city of Lawrenceville for new beginnings. I could have stayed in the hood if this is what I wanted to deal with. At least in the hood they never touched or placed anything on my personal property. If God is on my side, I will for sure be leaving this community next month when my lease expires. I refuse to continue paying my hard earned money every month just to be treated like a piece of trash. My kids and I deserve better and will find better.
