Maintenance is horrible I been here for 2 years my kids still cant use there bathroom room no hot water ceilings leak for a whole year kitchen light never work since I been here

If you want to end up homeless based on assumptions and false information, this is the perfect place for you. I applied, got APPROVED, had all documentation to move in and placed a deposit and because my employer specified that I had room for GROWTH and could possibly make more money than my initial $45,000-$55,000 range, they denied me and cancelled my application. I was given an OFFER letter because Im from Michigan and my employer expressed what I would make if I became a manager/director and they took that price and RAN WITH IT. Who doesnt have the opportunity for growth in their work place ????? Its ALWAYS someone that can get promoted after so long and make more money. I have only been at my job 3 days now.. in what world will I become a director of a company and make $70000-$90000 in my first week?????? They would rather me get evicted in my first month of occupancy in a higher priced unit than accept what my boss ACTUALLY said I made and check my pay stubs when recertifying. Its all a scam to get your money. I read the comments before applying and when I was approved I was grateful I still applied and didnt experience what everyone else did. UNTIL it came time for someone to send my offer letter to compliance and completely go against what was stated that I would ACTUALLY make, not POSSIBLY make. Not one person in their community expects to get promoted and make more than what they initially signed up for. Had my boss worded things differently, I wouldve had no issue securing the unit Ive already allowed them to run my credit on. On top of that, I have two kids and am now HOMELESS because they wanted to tell me 2 weeks before my move in that because I could win the lottery like ANY ONE ELSE IN THIS WORLD, that Im subject to pay more or not come to their property. This is just a ridiculous complex and theyre very unprofessional. Highly NOT recommended and I will proceed further with court for unfair housing and putting my children in harms way with no place to live due to assumptions. Lastly, I even told them to CALL MY EMPLOYER so that they can explain my offer letter instead of going with their own thoughts. - Sincerely, A pissed mother from a SHELTER.

I did all I could do to be respectful to this company. Its almost like they see your name on the call in which I know they do. Then once you send your deposit, then when they turn you down. They stop taking your calls they have enough workers to answer calls.i didnt see the reviews on bad return on security deposits or I would have never applied. The young ladies in the office are very young, they are very nasty they dont have business ethic. You would think being they deal with people everyday they would carry themselves more professional..i myself have been working in the public over 30 yrs I know exactly what professionalism is I give it everyday. I give it close up and far. They are very cold, and nasty. Dont bother saying Im sorry your experience was not good. Its a joke because when I look and see all this reviews you dont care to do better. I need my deposit asap if I had got the apartment it would be different your company who collects runs under the same umbrella.. its no reason you guys cant return people money the same day denied.I will involve the (police and the news ) about mine. People work hard for their money and for you all to play with it is nasty behavior. I know my rights to my money I owe you nothing. Need my deposit ASAP you got the message make it happen period. Dont bother with the sorry statement you give each review Im sorry you experience wasnt good. Do better period they need to clean house period. Per your response its really nothing to reach out about. You guys took the deposit right away. Now you need to return it right away. I dont get it about this State giving people money back take forever. But if it were me you would be quick to judgement of me. I would be a crook you would say, ready to take me to court all that. I owe you nothing I applied you turned me down return my money period asap. If you guys dont want public issues. Its easy to just put the money back
