Absolutely love this apartment! We just moved in on the 25th and have nothing but great things to say about this apartment. No regrets whatsoever. Melanie and Adonis in the front office have both been so helpful with the move in process. During our apartment search, we dealt with many apartment complex employees that were not helpful, and most acted like they did not enjoy their job, but Melanie and Adonis always have the kindest personality, brightest smiles, and always have an answer for our questions. I would give them five stars alone. The maintenance team have also been very helpful. The floor layout is so much bigger, cleaner, and all around nicer than all the other apartments we toured prior to finding this one. The location is wonderful as well. The grounds are well maintained, and even though we have seen many residents walking with pets, you don't have an issue with pet waste on the ground, pets off-leash, or loud barking at all hours. The pool stays very clean, the front office has a beautiful work area, and there is a lovely walking trail through the wooded areas of the complex. Our friends are looking to move later in the year, and they are already planning on moving here just from seeing the complex from helping us move in. We are looking forward to a long and happy time here at The Veranda!

We moved in back in March. That process was a breeze. Everything has been great except for the fact that we currently live under a family of elephants. It is very disturbing and uncomfortable. There is no courtsey officer on duty, so people are constantly illegally parking in handicap parking spaces.

I am new to Unida and it seems like a nice, clean and nice place to live with good spaces to share.
