        I love my new apartment vibe...clean, comfort, and quiet. The ducks give me an outdoorsy feeling that I enjoy...I love my view of the lake...I am happy with my choosing of the Durant at Sugarloft apartments

        These people are wicked and will charge you when you shouldn't be charged. I completed a 1.5 year lease did the necessary things to move out properly and was charged for rent and other items just because they can do so. The apartment flooded due to a broken pipe in the wall and they have charged me for it which fireman and maintenance was aware and mentioned it was the buildings issue. This complaint has been said before and I said im ok because I will end properly but no that didn't make a difference. I would not lease here ever again because they are liars and stealing money. Currently under new management as well and I wonder why.

        The staff Sheila and Tina very pleasant, professional and friendly. The apartments very clean organize upgrade, As the saying moderate new flooring cabinets paint etc. and ready to move in.
