visually, its fantastic. pretty clean. pretty safe & quiet. the walls are absolutely paper thin. you will hear your neighbors conversations & every single thing they do. they also for some reason always feel the need to come into our units for absolutely no reason. ive had to put cameras in my in my place to make sure theyre not coming in when we are not home. as someone stated, if you plan on making this a HUD community, you need to lower our rent. this is not a college dorm. you do NOT need to be in our units so frequently. & being rude has to be the top criteria to work in this leasing office. from the property manager all the way down. please save the attitudes!!

I had a bad experience with the leasing agent, Andrew Fuentes. He lacked communication for available apartments for weeks. This happend not once but twice! Even trying to follow-up with him by email, Andrew did not respond. I did get ahold of Stacy Gibson Knight, who is the onsite manager. When I brought this to her attention, she became defensive and offloaded her office problems to the customer, telling me that there are many people who contact their office. Her venting was unnecessary, and I observed how she had trouble handling the situation and understanding the inconsideration of the customer's time, energy, and effort for weeks and weeks with Andrew. She repeatedly spoke over me and became heated in her tone. When I would speak of the matter, she would digress the conversation in other ways that added no value to work together. Instead, she acted to do a "favor" for me and sent me an empty email from her personal account that had no social and professional decorum, but just a subject line to submit a complaint. She was only interested in whether I wanted to secure the apartment but overlook serious grievances by her leasing agent, and then abruptly ended the call. A customer should not be waiting an exorbitant number of weeks even after follow-ups to hear back from the leasing agent. I cannot help notice how many negative reviews of the management that are repeatedly speaking on similar themes and their true color coming out. I got to see this before any application and payment. The negative reviews ring true and sound worse once you are tenant. I would not recommend even trying for this place at all.

It's a nice complex but the other resident isn't wrong about hearing even snoring neighbors. I can't sleep with that, so I utilize my bedroom as an office now. A lot of residents screaming about fighting each other lately as well. I also don't love all these unnecessary home checks. Routine maintenance, sure. Inspecting it to make sure it's up to some impossible cleaning standard they have like the other reviewer said isn't cool though, nor is entering homes with no warning to do so. I shouldnt have to worry about that. My neighbors shouldnt be concerned about that. We arent kids you all are keeping in line. In my 20 years of renting and being a landlord myself, Ive never heard of that. What if my kid was home alone? What if one of us were bathing? What if we were in a work meeting or interview? What if we wanted to get a cat and didn't know you'd be coming in so didn't put them up safe and they got out because of it? What if my SIL is staying over, who has severe ptsd, and men just walk in? And then claiming random apartments will be being selected for HUD to walk through? This isn't low income housing or section 8. Although with the way my packages are stolen and smashed glass on the ground, you'd think. Not to mention that my best friend used to do those HUD inspections.. the person in the unit can decline for health related concerns and the randomly selected unit will be changed. That isnt what the complex emailed all of us, though. The rest is fine and all. Our neighbors are nice. The leasing agents are nice, including management, but excluding the two young kids who sit in the middle. The guy always looks at you like youre the most insignificant little bug. I like the lighting choices. I like watching the resident dogs at the dog park. All the dogs seem nice. But given how much we pay, unfortunately, I don't know if the pros outweigh the cons here for our little family of three. Maybe it is for others, so I hope this is helpful.

Maintenance keeps knocking on our doors a million times a week. For what? Who knows. They group knock on all of our doors. Then sometimes come in, sometimes not. I work the night shift. You all also dont need to be in our homes this often. Also if this is how many times I KNOW of you wanting to come into my home, how many times does maintenance come in when we arent here? Because theyre coming in regardless. It feels like we are living with our parents again and it also feels like our privacy is being invaded. I work the night shift. My wife does, too. All you all are doing is waking us up to spy on our apartments. There is not this much to fix, and when I or my wife has been home, you just walk in and walk out. Dont even get me started with emails every day about the random HUD inspections. We arent a HUD community. You all dont have to lie. We get it. You all want more reasons to be in our homes. And if youre trying to become a HUD community, you better be lowering everyones rent. We pay way too much to begin with. Dont think well renew and Id caution anyone from renting here if they want expect any level of privacy or if they enjoy sleeping in/work a shift different from 9-5.
