Employee was very rude, arrogant and did not care about my situation. She dies not need to be on the Customer SERVICE line. She does not know what SRRVICE MEANS. My questions were abruptly minimized to nothing. She knew everything. She did not know my situation and did not want to be bothered. Talking to a MACHINE has not helped me ONE BIT. NOW YOU CANNOT TALK TO A PERSON WILLING TO HELP YOU. So sad that Customer SERVICE is so unconcerned about CUSTOMER SITUATIONS. IT USED TO BE IMPORTANT.

I used a particular credit card with Comcast about a year ago and then started using a different credit card, again about a year ago. I canceled the previous credit card with Comcast. Today I received a bill for $227.87 on the canceled credit card when my usual bill is $45 a month. I was on a chat because they do not have phone service for customer support. I was involved in that chat for exactly 2 hours. I was shifted between four different agents who I had to tell the entire story to over and over. No one could find out why that charge was billed to me but they wouldn't refund it because they couldn't find it. 2 hours on the phone to correct their error, which they could not do, and I'm the one with the bill on a credit card that's no longer used?!?! How dare they require this of their customers. There is no one to call because they don't allow it and I was on a wait list for the chat and I spent 2 hours chatting with four different groups and no resolution. BEWARE OF ANY CONTACT WITH COMCAST!!!!
