        Good customer service but the kiosk is out of service every time I go to the store and I have to drive to Chattanooga to make a payment. ( I don't trust to much paying on line I like the receipt on hand) please can you fix that problem thanks in advance

        I was just returning my modem because I switched to T-Mobile Internet. Walked in the store at Saturday 1 PM. For employees on their cell phones. No customers in store but me. Bun lady asked how can I help you? I said I am returning my modem And I Canceled my Internet over the phone five days ago. Another lady started to scan my modem. Never said a word to me except for my first name. I said, yes that is I. She still didnt say a single word besides my first name and handed me my receipt saying still. I said thank you as I started to walk away and all four people were still glued on their phones. I mustve interrupted them watching the Kardashians or something. T-Mobile stores when you walk in they make you feel like you are important. Now Im definitely glad that I switched to T-Mobile to save money and respect.
